Police call for witnesses after man bitten by Dalmatian dog on St Thomas Street in Lymington
A MAN needed hospital treatment after being bitten by a dog in Lymington town centre.
Police are appealing for witnesses and video footage as they probe the attack, reportedly involving a Dalmatian, which happened on St Thomas Street between 12.45pm and 12.55pm on Monday 28th April.
The victim, a man in his 40s, was bitten on the hand and had to be treated in hospital.
People are urged to come forward to help, particularly those who were between M&S Food and The Six Bells pub at the time of the incident.
A Hampshire force spokesperson said: “Did you witness anything of it? Do you have any footage of the incident, including CCTV, dash cam, mobile phone or doorbell camera?”
