Boys to stand trial at Winchester Crown Court after pleading not guilty to murdering Walkford man Edward Reeve

TWO teenage boys have pleaded not guilty to murdering Walkford man Edward Reeve.

The 16-year-old pair, who cannot be named for legal reasons, entered their denials during a hearing at Winchester Crown Court, officials have confirmed.

From Christchurch and Bournemouth, the duo stand accused of killing the 35-year-old, "on or around" 31st December 2021.

They were remanded in custody for a trial, which is due to take place on 27th June.

As reported in the A&T, Mr Reeve’s body was found on 4th January at a property in Heath Road, Walkford, after police were alerted.
