Tribute band The Revolvers to appear at New Milton’s Forest Arts
A SLICE of life in the 1960s will be showcased as tribute band The Revolvers appear at New Milton’s Forest Arts.
Inspired by the era when The Beatles were high in the charts with albums like Rubber Soul and Revolver, and the Mini was the car and the skirt to be seen in.
Suited and booted, The Revolvers are an energetic tribute to the lost decade of the 1960s covering songs from the likes of Small Faces, The Kinks, The Beatles, The Who, Spencer Davis Group, The Rolling Stones and more.
Forming in the summer of 2006, The Revolver comprise four musicians with an unrivalled, burning passion for the greatest musical decade. Having played over 1,500 concerts worldwide The Revolvers continue to wow audiences with their musical talents.
From the meticulously sourced costumes to the vintage musical instruments that they use, the show is renowned for its authenticity. Popular performance hits include Catch Us If You Can, I'm Into Something Good, World Without Love, Do Wah Diddy Diddy, I Want To Hold Your Hand, The Sound Of Silence, Keep On Running, I'm A Believer and You Really Got Me.
The Revolvers have performed at renowned venues such as The Cavern in Liverpool and Hampton Court in London, and have also toured extensively in Europe and America.
