Michael Buble postpones performance at Chewton Glen in New Milton
THE long-awaited appearance in New Milton this summer by musical superstar Michael Buble has been postponed.
The Grammy-award winning singer had been due to delight fans at Chewton Glen Hotel in July but it has now been pushed back to next year, due to the pandemic.
A statement by Mr Buble said: "Unfortunately with the ongoing global situation with Covid-19, my UK shows can no longer take place in July 2021.
"I look forward to seeing your smiling faces and singing with you in July of next year and can’t wait to throw the biggest party with you all.
"It will be worth the wait I promise. Stay well. I love you all!"
The Canadian star had been due to tour throughout the month at a series of outdoor venues billed as some of the "most picturesque and beautiful" in the UK.
The five-star hotel said the event had been rescheduled to 18th July 2022 and tickets remained valid for the new date.
It added: "We are unable to answer any queries regarding tickets, please contact your distributor directly."
The hotel said anyone who had booked a room for the concert should email firstname.lastname@example.org
