A busy Property Management company based in Lymington is looking for a Customer Service Assistant.
The role will attract candidates who are looking to contribute something significant to a small team. Experience in this sector is not essential, however, the successful candidate will need to be a fast learner, highly computer literate and have a passion for customer service. The position will involve operating a bespoke office database, responding to emails, liaising with our clients and supporting the property managers. The successful applicant will be organised, confident on the telephone, able to work under pressure to strict deadlines and keen to take on a new challenge. Working hours for this position are negotiable, with a minimum of 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
