A DAZZLING 30th anniversary production of Fame is set to appear at Bournemouth Pavilion Theatre shortly before beginning a month-long West End run.
Based on the 1980 pop-culture film, Fame the Musical follows the lives of students at New York’s High School of Performing Arts as they navigate their way through the highs and lows, the romances and the heartbreaks.
Billed as a bittersweet but ultimately uplifting show, the musical explores issues which confront many young people today such as prejudice, identity, pride, literacy, sexuality, substance abuse and perseverance.
The touring show, created by Selladoor Productions, will be at Bournemouth Pavilion from Tuesday 27th August to Saturday 31st August with tickets on sale now for £24.50 to £36.
However, we’ve teamed up with BH Live to offer one lucky reader the chance to win a pair of tickets to the opening night of the show (Tuesday 27th) by answering the question in this week’s leisure competition.
To be in with a chance of winning this prize, simply pick up a copy of the 9th August edition of the A&T in the shops now for just 70p.
The competition closes on Friday 16th August.
