POLICE raided three homes as part of an ongoing crackdown on the supply of heroin and cocaine in Hythe.

Drug equipment and phones were seized when officers swooped on two properties in Park Close and one in Hobart Drive on Wednesday morning.

No one was arrested, but posts by local police on social media afterwards said three people were due to be voluntarily interviewed at a later date.

A spokesperson for the Hampshire force said yesterday (Thursday): “I can confirm that officers conducted three warrants yesterday, Wednesday 28th October, in the Hythe area.

“Two warrants were conducted at two addresses in Park Close and one warrant was conducted at an address in Hobart Drive.

“Phones and drug paraphernalia were seized. No arrests were made.”
